Arriving at 5:30 pm, I found the room unprepared, with a big hole in the wall and behind the door. Sadly, there was no hot water for a refreshing shower in the morning. The lingering smell of smoke was also off-putting. On the bright side, the service was exceptional, with helpful advice and well-stocked breakfast items kept during the busy mornings.

My stay at the hotel was a complete disaster. The rooms were dirty, the fire alarm woke us up at 6 a.m., there was mold and bugs, and the staff accused me of planning to trash the room. The only positive thing was that it was somewhat comfortable and relaxing once we finally got to our room, but that was short-lived.
